Whinchat

It is half term holidays in Oslo and instead of birding I am to be found on the ski slopes where Common Crossbills are about the only bird I have noted although I am holding my breath for a flyover Golden Eagle. With nothing new to post on the blog I found this draft post that for some reason never got published before
