The long bank holiday weekend was spent, as has become tradition, at a cabin in Valdres, 3 hours drive north of Oslo.
Both the weather and bird gods treated us well and I have lots of images to post once I get home. In the meantime here are a few short videos and pictures showing the scenery (compare amount of snow to previous years) plus Great Snipe, Dotterel, Long-tailed Skua and Snow Bunting.
